Gay & Lesbian – A lesbian seeking a divorce has returned to court despite a ruling by Rhode Island Supreme Court that said same-sex divorce cannot be decided by Family Court. Last December in a split decision the high court ruled that laws governing Family Court do not include same-sex couples.
RI Lesbian Divorce Case Back in Court
Actually, The State of Rhode Island has Not entered uncharted and thorny legal territory. Ex Governor McGreevy had a Normal Mother/Father, Wife, Children, and also wanted to carry on with another HoMosexual lover. Mr. McGreevy is a Very confused individual. Is it fair to say, if his parents realized he had a Major problem as a teenager, Mental health Counseling may have corrected his issues and problems?
McGreevy destroyed many lives and now he wants to marry his new HoMosexual lover?
Is it Normal for a HoMosexual Man to want to marry another HoMosexual Man?
Is it Normal for a Homosexual Man or a Normal minded man to want to marry his pet Monkey?
Time to respect the laws of humanity....

The State of Rhode Island has entered uncharted and thorny legal territory. Whether the court likes it or not, eventually it must confront the issue of same sex marriage and determine whether the law is equitable in the way it treats gay and lesbian couples. First, however, the legislature needs to quit quibbling over the various bills it has mulled for 10 years, pick one of them and enact it. My advice is to permit marriage equality. In that way, the question of same sex divorce becomes moot.
